Town Courtyard Garden

The client's brief was for an outdoor space for their Weybridge garden that was soft and inviting to walk into without putting shoes on as well as being safe for their young family to play in.

Large composite decking wrapping around the house enables an easy flow from the new bi-fold doors and makes a much softer patio than a harsh stone.

Neutral planting with Mediterranean influences enhances the calm inviting feel of the garden, particularly the rosemary and lavender wrapped around a Corten steel water feature, and the large, old gnarled olive tree - the pride and joy of the clients. Minimal lighting throughout the garden highlights the planting in the evening.

The clients are over the moon with their new garden, and being from New Zealand where lawn is hard to come by, they are thrilled that they can now spread their toes in a freshly mown lawn!
